Responsibilities
- Address payroll-related challenges in a collaborative team environment
- Perform system configuration for payroll processes
- Prepare functional design documents and create support documentation to meet evolving business requirements
- Participate in all stages of payroll system implementations, including testing and troubleshooting
- Conduct client training on Dayforce functionality
Skills
- Self-identifies as First Nations (Status or Non-Status), Inuit, or Métis in Canada
- Understanding of payroll processes, statutory regulations, tax calculations, and compliance requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to manage client relationships, provide clear guidance, and set expectations
- Strong critical thinking skills, with a demonstrated ability to identify challenges and develop innovative solutions
- Familiarity with Benefits, Workforce Management (WFM), HRIS integrations, and data migrations is an asset
- Experience in payroll implementation
- Understanding of Dayforce Payroll, including configuration of payroll-related modules
