Finance Operations Associate

Job Description: • Support the annual budgeting process and quarterly financial forecast process • Own Digital Operations financial cadence, creating and managing content/analysis for Digital Capability • Support sales analytics including standard reporting, predictive modeling, sales credit reporting and commission tracking • Coordinate with Enterprise functions to achieve business unit objectives • Monitor and action various expense categories and internal budgets • Support month end close process by providing accurate and timely information Requirements: • 2-5 years of finance and operations experience • Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting (or some related field) required • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills • Strong financial management skills; knowledge of financial analysis and standard financial metrics • Strong computer skills including advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience in other Microsoft products (PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint) Benefits: • Medical, dental and vision coverage • 401(k) plan with a generous employer match • Employee stock purchase plan • Generous Paid Time Off policy • Paid parental leave and adoption assistance • Wellness Program with free annual health screenings and coaching Apply tot his job
