Graphic Design & Illustration Specialist

Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end design projects using Krita and Libresprite, from initial concept sketches to finalized visual assets. • Document and clearly explain creative workflows, design decisions, and problem-solving approaches for AI training purposes. • Organize and manage design files, layers, and assets for structured handoff and long-term usability. • Apply advanced color correction, composition refinement, and asset preparation techniques to ensure high-quality output. • Collaborate with team members to provide constructive feedback and contribute to shared design standards. • Communicate design rationale effectively in both written and verbal formats. Qualifications • Extensive hands-on experience completing professional projects using Krita and Libresprite. • Strong portfolio demonstrating full project cycles from ideation to final deliverables. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Proficiency in layer management, asset organization, and visual composition refinement. • Proven ability to solve complex design challenges and adapt workflows as needed. • High attention to detail and willingness to share transparent creative processes. • Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.
