Facet Group Config Analyst I

The Facet Group Config Analyst I will be responsible for the successful implementation of new and renewing group business, acting as a resource for implementation questions and configuration.

Responsibilities

• Validates data on group applications is complete and accurate
• Ensures accurate, quality configuration, and maintenance of the company’s business
• Coordinates group and member specific tasks with various internal departments
• Establishes group structure, premium rate tables, commission arrangements, eligibility of new group members and ensures the issuance of ID cards
• Responsible for group setup in Enterprise Benefit Tracker and Employer Online Services and adds member accumulator dollars in Facets for new groups
• Provides support for configuration testing and quality assurance to ensure smooth, stable, and timely implementation of new configurations or updates to Facets
• Prepares and delivers reports, recommendations, or alternatives that address existing and potential trouble areas
• Other duties as assigned

Skills

• Bachelor?s degree or equivalent work experience
• Good understanding of health plans
• Ability to apply critical thinking to determine best operational approach to perform group configuration
• Knowledge of Facets and business components, especially benefits, premiums, provider networks and membership/enrollment
• Good documentation skills
• Demonstrates excellent communication skills including the ability to effectively communicate with internal customers
• High level of focus and attention to detail
• Strong work ethic with good time management and ability to work with diverse teams
• Highly developed organizational, problem solving, and prioritization skills
• Ability to work independently and proactively
• Ability to function as part of a team
• Computer proficiency with Microsoft office applications, to include Microsoft Visio
• Typing proficiency of 35 wpm and 10key proficiency of 135 wpm
• Maintain confidentiality and project a professional business image
• Ability to work well under pressure with frequent interruptions and shifting priorities
• 1+ years of experience in the health insurance industry preferred
