As a Workforce Management Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Monitoring and analyzing service levels, call volumes, and customer inquiries to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Forecasting call volume and managing workforce scheduling to meet the demands of our customer base
  • Collaborating with team leaders and customer service representatives to optimize staffing and provide exceptional service to our customers
  • Collecting and analyzing data related to call volumes and service levels to create accurate forecasts and schedules
  • Identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions that enhance customer satisfaction
  • Training new employees on workforce management processes and tools
  • Working closely with various departments to ensure that customer service representatives are adequately staffed during peak times
  • *Essential Qualifications**
  • 2+ years of experience in Workforce Management, Customer Service, or a related field
  • Proven track record of analyzing data and creating accurate forecasts and schedules
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
  • Experience with workforce management tools and software, such as Workday, Kronos, or similar systems
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
