We're seeking an experienced and innovative professional to join our Intelligent Tech Exceptional Ventures group. As a Content & Customer Experience Specialist, you'll be responsible for creating and delivering a pivotal new device for both customers and sales staff to elevate the sales experience. This role requires the ability to adapt from program methodology to development, to activities, to experience planning, to geo status, and more. - *Key Responsibilities:**
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy that meets business objectives and enhances the customer experience
- Map out the customer journey and work with program leaders to identify opportunities for improvement and develop solutions to meet goals
- Orchestrate content from various sources, including internal teams and external partners
- Develop and maintain a style guide, content library, and analytics to measure content performance and inform future decisions
- Participate in fast prototyping and testing to ensure the delivery of high-quality content and experiences
- Collaborate with IT and Product Management teams to develop and implement technical solutions that drive business growth and improve the customer experience
- *Essential Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., marketing, communications, business)
- 8+ years of experience working with content development teams and local partners, with a strong understanding of geo-specific markets
- Proven experience in content streamlining through UI/UX and digital marketing to drive sales and customer engagement
- In-depth knowledge of arenaflex products, features, and applications
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to transform complex data into actionable insights and content strategies
- Experience with customer experience management tools, including Adobe Experience Director
- Adaptability, ability to handle uncertainty, and a strong understanding of matrixed environments where collaboration is essential
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of integrity, values, and trustworthiness
- *Preferred Qualifications:**
- Master's degree in a related field (e.g., marketing, communications, business)
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders and priorities
