Position Overview

  • Multi-Channel Customer Support: Assist clients and other advisors via telephone, email, and online platforms with billing/insurance verification, product inquiries, or service questions.   • Call Management: Handle both inbound and outbound calls with efficiency and empathy. This includes answering customer inquiries, resolving issues, and following up on previous interactions to ensure complete satisfaction.
