Position Overview
As a Workflow Systems Analyst at arenaflex, you will play a pivotal role in designing and developing critical workflow tooling at scale. You will be instrumental in enabling teams to deliver high-quality software through top-tier engineering experiences, efficient workflows, data-driven insights, and a culture of continuous improvement. Your primary focus will be delivering actionable data insights and engaging with partners across the organization to provide training and support for workflow initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
As a key member of our Stage Services and Operations team, you will:
- Drive Workflow Improvement Initiatives: Engage with leadership to drive workflow improvement initiatives focused on both quality and efficiency across the organization. You'll identify bottlenecks, analyze process flows, and implement solutions that enhance productivity.
- Dashboard Development: Create and maintain intuitive dashboards that visualize key metrics and KPIs. You'll iterate on designs, present findings to stakeholders, and continuously improve dashboard functionality based on user feedback.
- Data Translation & Insights: Transform raw data into meaningful insights by identifying patterns and trends within large datasets. Your analytical prowess will help uncover hidden opportunities and drive informed decision-making.
- Process Research & Analysis: Research and document the current state of software development workflows. You'll understand systemic challenges and pinpoint specific processes that need improvement or redesign.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work alongside a talented team of data scientists and full-stack engineers to derive and develop targeted insights. You'll leverage Tableau to create interactive dashboards that empower teams to monitor and improve their performance.
- Integration of Insights: Work directly with teams to integrate data-driven insights into their decision-making monitoring and processes. You'll be the bridge between data and action, ensuring insights translate into tangible outcomes.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor the results of your contributions and regularly report on wins and challenges to executive management. You'll demonstrate the value of your work through clear, compelling communications.
- Stakeholder Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships across the organization. You'll be comfortable presenting to groups, gathering feedback, and implementing changes based on stakeholder needs.
Essential Qualifications

- Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field. Equivalent professional experience will also be considered.
- Professional Experience: A minimum of 2+ years of professional experience in programming development as a data analyst, programmer, or technical program manager. You'll need a proven track record of delivering results in fast-paced environments.
