As a Virtual Assistant – Call Review & Data Entry Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • **Call Review**: Listen to recorded inbound calls through our platform, carefully reviewing each conversation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • **Data Tagging and Classification**: Tag and classify each call, categorizing them as answered vs missed, qualified vs not qualified, and other relevant criteria.
  • **Data Entry and Management**: Write concise, clear notes for each call, export filtered call logs, clean the data, and transfer approved calls into a master tracking sheet.
  • **Data Visualization**: Update client-facing logs with formatted data via Google Sheets, providing a clear and actionable view of call activity.
  • **Quality Control**: Flag issues or unusual activity for review, ensuring that our data is accurate and reliable.
  • **Process Improvement**: Continuously evaluate and improve our call review and data entry processes, identifying areas for optimization and implementing changes as needed.
  • *Requirements**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • **Strong English Comprehension**: You'll be listening to U.S. phone calls, so excellent English comprehension is essential.
