As a UNiD Customer Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • **Managing and Updating Surgical Schedules**: Ensure seamless coordination of surgical schedules, working closely with hospital staff, sales representatives, and consultants to design patient-specific implants.
  • **Collaborating with Hospital Staff and Sales Representatives**: Build strong relationships with hospital staff, sales representatives, and consultants to drive success and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • **Collecting Patient Radiographic Images**: Gather patient radiographic images from various sources, ensuring timely and accurate collection and transmission.
  • **Relaying Case Information to Engineers**: Provide critical case information to engineers in a timely manner, facilitating the development and delivery of innovative medical technologies.
  • **Clinic, Hospital, and Patient Account Management**: Manage clinic, hospital, and patient accounts, including scheduling and implant verification, to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of medical technologies.
