• *Key Responsibilities:**

As a Temporary Entry Level Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

• Answering continuous inbound phone calls from customers
• Taking and entering customer orders into the system
• Escalating any additional customer service needs
• Providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction

• *Requirements:**

• Must be 18 years or older
• Must be available for 30+ hours per week between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM CST
• Must have a reliable computer and internet connection that meets our minimum technical requirements (see below)
• Must be able to work from home with minimal distractions
• Must be able to navigate multiple systems and enter information using your keyboard while speaking with customers on the phone
