Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Customer Experience Analyst to join our team on a contract basis. As a Customer Experience Analyst, you will play a critical role in evaluating the functionality and customer experience of new technology, providing technical and CX feedback to development teams, and collecting customer feedback to quantify the impacts of new technology. Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate the functionality and customer experience (CX) of new technology, identifying areas for improvement and providing recommendations for enhancement.
- Provide technical and CX feedback to development teams, ensuring that new technology meets arenaflex's high standards for customer experience.
- Visit customer sites and deploy new technology, ensuring a smooth and successful implementation.
- Collect customer feedback and quantify the impacts of new technology, providing data-driven insights to inform future product development.
- Summarize results in writing for presentation to development team leadership, highlighting key findings and recommendations for improvement.
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- A 4-year science/engineering degree from an accredited institution.
- Strong communication and data analysis skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical information to diverse audiences.
- Minimum of 2 years of product development experience in consumer hardware development and deployment, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
- Previous experience teaching and communicating complex topics, both written and verbally, to diverse audiences.
- Previous experience analyzing risk/reward tradeoffs and making decisions in an ambiguous and ever-changing environment.
Preferred Qualifications
In addition to the essential qualifications, the following preferred qualifications would be beneficial for this role:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a similar technical field.
- Scripting skills, with experience in languages such as Python or JavaScript.
