We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Technical Support Associate I to join our team in Johnstown, PA. As a Technical Support Associate I, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to clients using QuickBooks. You will be the first point of contact for clients, and your primary goal will be to resolve their technical issues in a timely and professional manner.

  • *Key Responsibilities**
  • Assist clients with QuickBooks, research, and provide resolution to questions and problems
  • Troubleshoot issues that are technical in nature, including hardware, software, and networking
  • Solve problems that may be unstructured and require the use of conceptual thinking skills
  • Ensure service delivered to clients meets contractual Key Performance Indicator (KPIs)
  • Listen attentively to client needs and concerns, demonstrate empathy, and build rapport
  • Prepare complete and accurate work, including appropriately notating accounts as required
  • Participate in activities designed to improve client experience and business performance
