As a Technical Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Strategizing customer service efforts to ensure exceptional support and service to our clients
- Providing chat and email support to our clients, responding to their queries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner
- Creating and updating support articles to ensure that our clients have access to accurate and up-to-date information
- Managing billing, refund, and cancellations on payment platforms to ensure seamless transactions
- Reviewing customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement changes
- Tracking key metrics on sales, refunds, and cancellations to monitor our performance and make data-driven decisions
- Learning from user test videos to understand how our clients perceive our product and identify areas for improvement
- Proactively managing our team via ClickUp, Slack, and other tools to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
- Eventually, helping to build a team of CS superstars who share our vision and values
- Identifying and solving solutions to complex problems and issues
- Helping our clients use our proxies effectively and efficiently
- Providing chat and email support to our clients
- *Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Basic to mid-level backend programming skills, with a strong understanding of IT-related concepts and technologies
- High-level written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner
- Attention to detail, with the ability to identify and resolve complex problems and issues
- Self-motivation, with the ability to work independently and take ownership of your tasks and responsibilities
- Problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
- A deep understanding of the internet and technology, with the ability to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments
- Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision
- Innovative and creative thinking, with the ability to identify and implement new solutions and ideas
