- Current American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer, AED, and Standard First Aid certifications or obtained within the first 30 days of employment
- BBP Certification obtained within the first 30 days of employment

- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
