As a Student Customer Service Coordinator, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring the safety and well-being of patrons, and maintaining a clean and safe environment for all.   • *Essential Qualifications**
  • Current American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer, AED, and Standard First Aid certifications or obtained within the first 30 days of employment
  • BBP Certification obtained within the first 30 days of employment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with others in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

  • Previous customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working in a facility or customer service setting
  • Knowledge of facility operations and safety protocols
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
