As a Spanish Bilingual Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Handling inbound and outbound calls with a high level of professionalism and customer service expertise
  • Managing customer accounts and providing technical support to resolve issues and answer questions
  • Entering application data accurately and efficiently
  • Responding to online chat inquiries as assigned
