• *Responsibilities**

As an Airport Agent - Ramp and Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Guiding and directing incoming and outgoing aircraft on the taxiway to ensure safe and on-time departures
• Loading, unloading, sorting, and transferring passenger baggage, cargo/freight, and company materials, some of which can weigh up to 75 lbs
• Operating ground equipment such as tugs, belt loaders, and bag carts to facilitate the loading and unloading of baggage and cargo
• Collaborating with the internal team to ensure a safe and on-time departure
• Cleaning the interior of the aircraft, cleaning and servicing aircraft lavatories, and performing other tasks as required

• *Qualifications**

We're looking for individuals who possess the following qualifications:

• Minimum age: 18
• High school diploma, GED, or international equivalent
• Valid, unexpired, and unsuspended state driver's license; some license restrictions may prohibit a candidate from being considered for this role
• Ability to work rotating shifts, including days, overnights, weekends, holidays, and rotating days off
• Flexible to work additional hours with short notice when operationally necessary
• Ability to carry, bend, lift, and turn with bags and other items weighing up to 75 lbs
• Willingness and ability to work outside in variable weather conditions
• Enjoyment of working under deadlines, working a physical job outdoors, and an interest in the airline industry
• Ability to communicate in a clear, polite, and friendly manner
• Fluency in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding the English language
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
