- *Essential Qualifications**
- 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications) preferred
- 1+ year of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse customer populations
- Proficiency in Spanish and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong technical skills, with experience using CRM systems and other software applications

- Previous experience in a customer support or technical support role
- Previous experience with Group and/or Individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act
- Previous experience in a Call Center environment
