As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, delivering an exceptional customer experience that exceeds our customers' expectations. You'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers, answering their questions, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner. - *Key Responsibilities**
- Deliver exceptional customer service experience consistently, resolving customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Manage customer accounts and provide technical support, ensuring that customers have a seamless experience with our products and services
- Enter application data accurately and efficiently, maintaining high levels of productivity and quality
- Respond to online chat inquiries and phone calls, providing clear and concise information to customers
- Interpret and follow defined procedures and policies, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
- Utilize creative problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues and concerns
- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to changing projects and updates, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively
- Participate in extensive self-study, training, and testing, ensuring eligibility to proceed through training and certifications
- *Qualifications**
- 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
- Moderate to advanced computer skills, with a high level of comfort learning new technology
- High level of professionalism, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work from home, with a dedicated, private, and secure workspace
- Personal device with functioning camera required for the Training Period
- Committed to full attendance for paid 3-week Training period
- Minimum Internet Speed of 35 mb/s with ethernet
- Cable/Fiber Broadband Internet with a hard-wired ethernet connection required
- NOT compatible with mobile internet service providers and/or satellites
- NOT compatible with Wi-Fi internet access or Wi-Fi adapters/extenders
- *Preferred Qualifications**
- Previous experience in customer support or technical support role
- Previous experience with Group and/or Individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act
- Previous experience in a Call Center environment
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Spanish Bilingual, a plus
