As an Experienced Shipping Clerk at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Receiving shipments and signing paperwork upon receipt
  • Packing or unpacking a wide variety of items into or from cartons, boxes, or similar containers upon request
  • Inspecting contents to ensure they are undamaged
  • Verifying packages according to order and invoices (quantity, quality, price, etc.)
  • Contacting supervisor if a mistake is identified
  • Labeling deliveries and allocating them to their designated place
  • Ensuring invoices are signed and paid for satisfactory deliveries
  • Maintaining accurate records
  • Picking up parcels from local stores
  • Preparing packages for shipping
  • Processing all company shipments with required paperwork, including shipping labels
