The Opportunity: Senior Front-End Developer

We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Front-End Developer to join our OnBrand production team. This role reports directly to the OnBrand Production Director and offers a remote work arrangement, providing you with the flexibility to work from anywhere while contributing to groundbreaking digital projects that reach millions of customers worldwide.

You'll be executing development for a range of multiple parallel project engagements, working alongside talented UX/UI designers, copywriters, and visual designers to bring digital experiences to life.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Senior Front-End Developer at arenaflex, your responsibilities will span the full development lifecycle, ensuring that every digital touchpoint delivers exceptional user experiences. Here's what you can expect:

• Lead Development Execution: Execute development for a range of multiple parallel project engagements, managing your time effectively while maintaining the highest quality standards across all deliverables.


• Write High-Quality Code: Develop premium code for digital platforms using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, ensuring that every line contributes to an exceptional user experience.


• Create and Maintain Digital Experiences: Produce, maintain, and modify digital experiences and user interfaces, continuously iterating to improve performance and user satisfaction.


• Collaborate Across Teams: Partner closely with UX/UI, copy, and design teams to develop the overall look and feel of digital experiences, ensuring a cohesive brand presence across all channels.


• Champion Best Practices: Ensure that best practices regarding accessibility, responsiveness, performance, and ease of use are included early on in project ideation, not as an afterthought.


• Guide Development Approach: Develop an overall development approach and guide other developers through execution to delivery, sharing your expertise and lifting the entire team.


• Mentor and Coach: Provide proactive coaching, feedback, and oversight for developers on project-based work, helping them grow their skills and careers.


• Maintain Standards: Ensure all digital experiences align to industry standards and best practices, staying ahead of the curve on emerging technologies and methodologies.


• Partner with Quality Assurance: Collaborate with the QA team to troubleshoot and resolve defects, identify patterns, and use learnings to optimize overall development processes.

Essential Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a front-end developer with a strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

• Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively alongside designers, copywriters, and other developers.
