As a Seasonal Online Customer Service Agent, you'll be handling email support for a UK leading retail brand, providing exceptional customer experiences that drive loyalty and retention. This is a remote, freelance contractual role with the potential to transition to a full-time position following continued growth and success. You'll need access to a computer or laptop, compatible with our software, and a stable internet connection. Don't worry – we'll provide full training, support, and software to ensure your success.

  • *Key Responsibilities**
  • Manage, brief, and coordinate customer service responses generated from our client accounts on a daily basis
  • Effectively respond to all Customer Support tickets
  • Pro-actively escalate and spot potential PR threats, and follow support briefs
  • Initiate and sustain relationships with clients and prospects, as assigned to you by your Account Manager
  • Collaborate with our team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive business growth
  • *Essential Qualifications**
  • 2+ years of experience in online customer service (email/live chat)
  • Strong writing, organization, and communication skills
  • Previous experience delivering customer support using CRM systems such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, Gorgias, or Salesforce
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Superb time management and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a willingness to learn and grow
  • *Preferred Qualifications**
  • Experience in a similar role, with a focus on customer service and community management
  • Knowledge of digital customer management tools and how to undertake online customer service
  • Copywriting and proofreading skills
  • High accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
  • Interest in moving into a Team Leader or Account Manager role in the future
