We're seeking an experienced Seasonal Customer Service Representative to join our team on a remote basis. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers via phone, email, chat, and text. This is a seasonal position that will conclude on 1/15/2024, offering the perfect opportunity to gain valuable experience and make a lasting impact on our customers' lives.

  • *Seasonal Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:**
  • Place orders over the phone, ensuring accurate and efficient processing
  • Acknowledge and resolve customer issues promptly, demonstrating empathy and professionalism
  • Answer product questions, return requests, and order status inquiries with confidence and accuracy
  • Communicate with customers through various channels, including phone, email, chat, and text
  • Perform other customer service, operations, and administrative duties as needed
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
  • *Requirements:**
  • Fast learner who can quickly capture and understand new concepts
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent phone skills and pleasant phone demeanor
  • Organized with attention to detail
  • Strong PC Skills
  • Able to work independently
  • Patience in handling a diverse array of customer needs and requests
  • Must be dedicated, responsible, positive-minded, trustworthy, and organized
  • Personal PC or MAC with high-speed internet
  • 2+ years of customer service experience
  • *Preferred Qualifications:**
  • Experience shopping online
  • Call center experience a plus
  • *Available Schedules:**
  • Sunday through Thursday between the hours of 11 am and 8 pm
  • Tuesday through Saturday between the hours of 10 am and 7 pm
  • *Available Shifts and Compensation:**

We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $14.00 - $15.00/hour.
