As a Senior Manager of Customer & Performance Data Solutions, you'll be responsible for leading a dedicated team of data engineers and QA specialists in the seamless collection and integration of marketing data. Your key responsibilities will include:

• **Leadership & Management**: Lead and mentor a team of data engineers and QA specialists, overseeing the day-to-day operations of the data solutions team to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
• **Data Strategy & Planning**: Develop and implement strategies for data ingestion, enhancement, and utilization, collaborating with stakeholders to identify data needs and prioritize projects.
• **Data Management**: Ensure seamless data collection and harmonization tailored for performance reporting, overseeing the development and maintenance of data acquisition pipelines, ETL processes, and data storage solutions.

• *What You Need to Succeed**

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• **3+ years of experience** in managing technical teams and projects.
• **4+ years of experience** leading an Engineering team familiar with large cloud environments, Big Data technologies.
• **10+ years of development experience** in Teradata, SAS, SQL, Python.
• **Demonstrated ability** to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• **Proven experience** in leading and managing data engineering teams.
• **Verified track record** of designing and implementing data platform migrations.
• **Ability to manage multiple parallel projects** while delivering quality releases on schedule.
• **Deep knowledge** of traditional data warehousing (models, practices, and processes), cloud-based data warehouses, data lakes, and data streaming.
• **Exceptional system design abilities**, including high-scale ETL/ELT pipelines.
• **Proficiency in SQL, SAS, Teradata, Python, AWS S3, and Redshift** or other data manipulation languages.
• **Ability to communicate complex data concepts** to non-technical stakeholders.
• **Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities**.
• **Excellent leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills**.
