We're seeking an experienced and motivated Remote Night Shift Customer Service Agent to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for assigning trips to dispatchers and Care Partners on a nightly basis, answering inbound calls from members, and coordinating evening trips. As a Remote Night Shift Customer Service Agent, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assigning trips to dispatchers in the Health-E Rides system (approx 700-900 per night)
  • Building dispatchers' daily schedules with breaks and lunches taken into consideration
  • Determining which dispatchers are eligible for certain trips based on the language spoken by the member
  • Stacking trips to contracted Care Partners
  • Answering inbound calls from members during evening hours
  • Coordinating evening trips as they come in
  • Assisting with Care Partner-related administrative tasks such as payment processing
  • Assisting with Level 1 administrative tickets in Zendesk
  • *Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous experience in dispatching and coordinating transportation
  • Healthcare experience preferred
  • Consistently reliable and able to work evening shifts
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in using technology, including Health-E Rides and Zendesk
