  • **Client Satisfaction**: Ensure client satisfaction through phone, text, and email communication.
  • **Digital Marketing Projects**: Conduct digital marketing projects to boost lead volume, online bookings, and conversion rates.
  • **Reporting and Statistics**: Produce daily, weekly, and monthly reports and statistics.
  • **Scheduling**: Must be a great scheduler. Support Employee Engagement Manager when needed.
