As a Remote Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Compiling reports and importing information by entering and retrieving data from multiple systems and resources
  • Organizing, maintaining, and coordinating files and records with attention to detail and confidentiality
  • Collaborating with internal users and external resources to address business objectives and issues
  • Ensuring and measuring the integrity of master data, identifying and correcting errors in data entries
  • Conducting regular data audits to ensure data integrity and consistency
  • Handling sensitive information with confidentiality and complying with data privacy policies
  • Ensuring secure storage and disposal of confidential data
  • *Key Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of a high school diploma or GED equivalent
  • At least 1 year of experience working in data entry, preferably in a computer-based work environment
  • Excellent working knowledge of Word and Excel, with the ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems
  • An attention to detail and a strong commitment to confidentiality and data integrity
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience working with homeless families or individual populations is a plus, but not required
  • *Preferred Qualifications**

While not required, the following qualifications would be highly desirable:

  • Experience with data management software and systems, such as CRM or ERP systems
  • Knowledge of data analytics and reporting tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
