As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our patients and healthcare professionals. You'll work closely with our existing patients to troubleshoot issues, identify solutions, and dispatch corrective action via the appropriate departments within the organization. This is a full-time, remote position that requires a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

  • *Responsibilities:**
  • Accurately enter patient orders and related medical information into our company software application
  • Make timely updates/corrections to patient orders
  • Effectively communicate with healthcare professionals and patients via phone, email, and other communication channels
  • Work closely with existing patients to troubleshoot issues, identify solutions, and dispatch corrective action via the appropriate departments within the organization
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide solutions to customers
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions and issues
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and products
  • *Qualifications:**
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required; related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
  • Successful management of both inbound and outbound phone calls in a positive and professional manner
  • Ability to read and analyze documents such as patient orders
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and active-listening skills
  • Ability to prioritize issues and respond accordingly in a fast-paced environment
  • Time-management and organizational skills necessary to effectively manage multiple expectations
  • Computer entry experience necessary; proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite a plus
  • Experience working in a customer-facing role, preferably in a healthcare or medical equipment industry
  • *Technology Requirements:**
  • High-speed internet connection (minimum 50 mbps download /20 mbps upload)
  • Ethernet port or adaptor; must be hard-wired to the internet (Wi-Fi not supported) for PC or hard phone
  • Dual monitors
  • Wired headset and webcam or internal camera for use during training/interviews
  • Private HIPPA Compliant Workspace; must be in a non-shared room of the residence
