Position: Remote Customer Service Representative

Job Purpose

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will serve as the frontline ambassador of our organization, providing world-class customer service to a diverse range of customers, including Subscribers, Caregivers, Payers, Programs, Installers, Referral Sources, and internal departments. Your role is critical in ensuring that every customer interaction leaves a positive impression and resolves their needs effectively. You will be the face of arenaflex to our customer base, representing our commitment to compassionate, thorough, quality, efficient, and productive service.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for:


  • Customer Interaction: Serve as arenaflex's primary point of contact for our customer base by providing superior customer service in a compassionate, thorough, quality, efficient, and productive manner. Every interaction is an opportunity to make a difference in someone's life.

  • Multi-Channel Support: Respond to phone, mail, electronic, and fax inquiries, requests, compliments, and complaints from our subscribers, key accounts, and internal departments. You will take full ownership of every problem until it is fully resolved to the customer's complete satisfaction.

  • Administrative Support: Conduct all activities ranging from administrative tasks, phone support, and data processing as required to support the full complement of arenaflex's service offerings.

  • Technical Troubleshooting: Provide first-line troubleshooting expertise to customers regarding arenaflex's equipment, helping them resolve technical issues quickly and effectively.

  • Sales Support: May actively sell arenaflex services or resell services to customers who are considering canceling their service, demonstrating the value of remaining connected.

  • Team Leadership: May serve as a resource for Customer Service Support Representatives, providing guidance and mentorship to newer team members.

  • Backup Support: Provide back-up phone support to the Call Center as requested, ensuring continuous coverage for our customers.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:


  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.

  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years of related experience, preferably in a customer service environment.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent telephone etiquette with demonstrated proficiency in English, clear oral and written communication skills, including appropriate grammar and spelling.

  • Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of Windows applications, particularly Microsoft Word, and the ability to navigate through a variety of computer applications.

  • Multitasking Abilities: Strong multi-tasking and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

  • Typing Speed: Attention to detail with a minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute.

  • Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing, and challenging environment while maintaining composure and professionalism.

  • Team Player: Good team player who collaborates effectively with colleagues and supports team goals.

  • Independence: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while still being an effective team contributor.

Preferred Skills

While not required, the following skills are a plus:


  • Texas licensure is required for certain sites.

  • Level II Certified as a Monitoring Service monitor is a plus, but not required.

  • Bilingual skills are a significant plus, as we serve a diverse population.

Schedule Requirements

This position requires flexibility in scheduling to meet our customers' needs:


  • Monday through Friday: 12:00 PM to 8:30 PM (Eastern Time)

  • Saturday: As needed from 10:00 AM to 4:30 PM (Eastern Time)
