- Minimum internet speed of 35 mb/s with a hard-wired ethernet connection (cable/fiber broadband internet required)
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test within 3 days

- Previous experience in customer support or technical support roles
- Previous experience with Group and/or Individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act
- Previous experience in a call center environment
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Spanish bilingual skills, a plus
