  • Making outbound calls to customers on behalf of insurance companies, handling over 100 calls per day
  • Logging customer information into multiple software programs, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
  • Receiving inbound calls from customers, following the same procedures as outbound calls
  • Providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and escalating concerns when necessary
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and data

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • At least 2 years of inbound/outbound call center experience
  • High school graduate or equivalent

  • Ability to work independently, with a suitable quiet workspace
