- *Key Responsibilities**
As a Provider Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Answering questions and resolving issues based on incoming calls from providers in a timely and professional manner
- Researching issues using multiple applications to assist providers and provide accurate information
- Providing customers with related information to answer unasked questions, such as additional plan details, benefit plan details, provider self-service tools, etc.
- Maintaining department established performance metrics at a meets or exceeds expectations level
- Working together as a team and applying the arenaflex Core Values in day-to-day operations
- Creating a Differentiated Service Experience for our providers
- Demonstrating Service Discipline and adhering to arenaflex's high standards of customer service
- *Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Customer Service experience in a transaction-based environment such as a call center or retail location (preferred)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
- Strong computer navigation and typing skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a high-volume environment
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office products and ability to learn new software applications quickly
- Excellent customer service and critical thinking skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional support to our providers
- A secure, private home office location where PHI/PII information is not visible or overheard by others
- High-speed internet access (100 mbps or higher) and a consistent, reliable connection
- A home office location set up with a direct connection to the router (Wi-Fi is not allowed)
