As a customer support specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by resolving product or service issues, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve issues, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution. - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints and resolve them promptly
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools

- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
