As a Pre-Licensed Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- **Resolving Complex Consumer Issues**: Use your excellent decision-making skills and innovation to resolve high-level consumer issues and advise first-level representatives on complex issues.
- **Assisting Policy Holders**: Support policy holders with billing questions and concerns, and provide recommendations and adjustments as necessary.
- **Providing Support**: Assist policy holders with policy changes and ensure their needs are met.
- *Qualifications**
We're seeking fearless individuals who are inspired to deliver the best in all that they do. To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- **6 Months Customer Service Experience**: Minimum 6 months of customer service experience, with a strong focus on resolving complex issues.
- **Age**: Be at least 18 years old.
- **Typing Speed**: Type 25 words per minute.
- **Education**: High school graduate or equivalent.
- **Computer Skills**: Be comfortable using desktop computer systems and have basic knowledge of Windows operating systems.
- **Communication Skills**: Possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
- **Problem-Solving Skills**: Demonstrate logical problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- **Availability**: Be available to work various shifts.
- **Organization and Prioritization**: Possess strong organization and work prioritization skills.

To ensure a seamless work-from-home experience, you'll need:
