As a Phone Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing excellent customer service by assisting customers and their families with inquiries and resolving issues in real time
  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, text messaging, and MyChart in a timely and professional manner
  • Documenting all customer interactions, inquiries, complaints, and resolutions accurately in the Electronic Medical Record and/or customer Relations Management System
  • Working closely with center and support departments to effectively solve customer issues and communicate feedback
  • Participating in training programs to enhance knowledge of services and customer service skills

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a customer service role
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
