As a Premier Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients through verbal and written communications, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. - Handle all incoming and outgoing customer phone calls, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

- Troubleshoot Web and Online issues, consulting with customers to support easy navigation of available online tools and resolving issues without management intervention
- Maintain a professional approach to client service, consistent with arenaflex protocol and service levels
- Other duties as assigned, including participating in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
- *Essential Qualifications**
- High school diploma, GED, or college degree
- 1-3 years of experience in customer service, with prior call center experience preferred but not required
- Computer knowledge and skills, comfortable learning new systems
- Ability to learn, memorize, and retain information
- Knowledge of Medical/Reimbursement Terminology
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Aptitude for prioritization and multi-tasking
- Problem-solving and analytical skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy

- Experience working in a health and wealth industry
