As a Premier Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients through verbal and written communications, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.   • Handle all incoming and outgoing customer phone calls, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Troubleshoot Web and Online issues, consulting with customers to support easy navigation of available online tools and resolving issues without management intervention
  • Maintain a professional approach to client service, consistent with arenaflex protocol and service levels
  • Other duties as assigned, including participating in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
  • *Essential Qualifications**
  • High school diploma, GED, or college degree
  • 1-3 years of experience in customer service, with prior call center experience preferred but not required
  • Computer knowledge and skills, comfortable learning new systems
  • Ability to learn, memorize, and retain information
  • Knowledge of Medical/Reimbursement Terminology
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Aptitude for prioritization and multi-tasking
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy

  • Experience working in a health and wealth industry
  • Knowledge of health savings accounts, emergency savings funds, and other arenaflex products and services
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Experience working with diverse populations and cultures
