As a Pharmacy Technician - Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing professional phone assistance to our members, providers, and other stakeholders through our criteria-based prior authorization process. You'll maintain complete, timely, and accurate documentation of all approvals and denials, and transfer all clinical questions and judgment calls to our pharmacists.
