• No cap on commissions, with your earnings highly dependent on your performance

To succeed as a Phone and Chat Sales Representative, you'll need:

• Proven experience of at least 6 months in cold calling or a similar sales/customer service role
• Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas, preferably over the phone
