Position Overview: Customer Service Representative (P&C Licensed)
We are currently seeking a dedicated and licensed Customer Service Representative to join our team in a fully remote capacity. This is an exciting full-time opportunity where you'll serve as the frontline champion for our customers, helping them navigate their insurance needs with confidence and satisfaction. You'll work in a fast-paced inbound call center environment, handling a high volume of calls while maintaining exceptional quality standards.
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the voice of our organization—building relationships with existing customers, answering their questions, and ensuring they have the coverage they need at prices they can afford. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys problem-solving, and takes pride in delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Your day-to-day duties will be varied and engaging. Here's what you can expect as a member of our team:

- Proactive Needs Assessment: Use a proactive approach to identify and assess customers' evolving needs. You'll identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, re-shopping, and rewriting policies by creating opportunities for our in-house consultants to connect with customers.
- Issue Resolution & Processing: Resolve customer issues with empathy and efficiency, process payments, answer general questions, and process policy endorsements as needed. You'll ensure each customer leaves the interaction satisfied and informed.
- Technical Proficiency: Maintain an in-depth understanding of the software, products, and processes used by the organization. You'll become proficient in navigating multiple carrier platforms and systems.
