As a Payroll Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for accurately and efficiently processing payroll data, managing multiple systems, and providing exceptional customer support. You'll work closely with our sales team, clients, and external vendors to ensure seamless order processing and customer satisfaction.   • *Key Responsibilities**
  • Utilize multiple systems to enter pre and post-sales information, fulfill orders, process and post payments, and verify order accuracy
  • Initiate new service order requests, coordinate and track product/service installation processes
  • Support and lead ad hoc projects generated by arenaflex Sales Channels
  • Prepare reports as requested
  • Educate customers on arenaflex products & services
  • Meet or exceed critical monthly performance standards, including data entry accuracy and productivity
  • Draft routine client and/or customer correspondence
  • Respond to questions, help resolve problems, and direct calls to appropriate resources
  • Complete special operational and client projects as assigned
  • Act as liaison and coordinator with other departments, outside vendors, and external customers
  • Provide order activity updates to Sales Support Manager / or Supervisor
  • Coordinate and process off-line orders coming through G2B, E-commerce, Friends and Family
  • Act as backup phone support during periods of high call volume or point of contact for customers in the absence of the sales force
  • *What You'll Bring to the Table**
  • High School diploma, GED, or relevant work experience
  • 2-5 years of experience in the area of responsibility required
  • Strong experience with MS Excel
  • Experience with Data Entry
  • Intermediate level in Microsoft Excel
  • Payroll/Commission Background a plus
