As a Part Time REMOTE Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for handling Tier 1 customer calls, providing support for document handling equipment and services, and ensuring excellent customer service while working from home. This role involves:
- Answering customer questions and requests for supplies, service, and troubleshooting 1st level technical issues via inbound calls, voicemails, and emails.
- Building and maintaining excellent customer service and identifying when technical support is needed.
- Providing clear and concise communications and following up with customers on company schedules, requested lead, and delivery times.
- Working with the Tier 2 team to pass escalated customer technical issues quickly and efficiently.
- Tracking, routing, and escalating unresolved issues to management.
- Remaining current on process updates and technology used within the company.
