Position Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Entry-Level Data Reporting Analyst to join our People Systems Team. Key Responsibilities

As a Data Reporting Analyst at arenaflex, you will be responsible for delivering statistical solutions and analytics to both internal and external stakeholders. Your duties will include:


  • Data Request Management: Intakes file requests and thoroughly understands specific reporting requirements, including date ranges, data fields, and end-use purposes for each report.

  • Data Interpretation: Interprets and reconciles data discrepancies with the goal of delivering the most accurate reporting statistics possible.

  • Custom Report Creation: Creates custom data evaluations and reports for use by human resources teams and various departments across the organization.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partners closely with reporting customers to refine evaluations and ensure reports meet their specific needs.

  • System Implementation Support: Consults with stakeholders involved to ensure the successful functioning of newly implemented systems or processes.

  • Data Integrity Assurance: Ensures data integrity is maintained by effectively interpreting variances and outliers and presenting findings to leadership.

  • Compliance Management: Ensures proper data protection and privacy guidelines, roles, and policies are applied throughout all reporting activities.

  • Issue Resolution: Resolves escalated troubles through thorough research of discrepancies and implementation of effective solutions.

  • Process Automation: Blends and automates data processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.

  • Continuous Improvement: May perform additional duties as directed by leadership to support team objectives and organizational goals.

Collaboration with People Systems Team

You will collaborate extensively with Product Managers and Subject Matter Experts to enhance our Workday Human Capital Management system. This includes working with various functional areas such as:


  • Human Capital Management (HCM)

  • Compensation and payroll administration

  • Recruiting and talent acquisition

  • Absence management

  • Knowledge management

This role serves as a strategic problem-solver and expert communicator, utilizing your modern mindset to help power the future of our organization.

Required Qualifications

Education



  • High School Diploma or GED required

Experience



  • Entry-level experience acceptable

  • Willingness to develop talents and knowledge in relevant data/analytical/problem-solving roles

  • Previous experience in data-related roles is a plus but not required

Data Management: Skilled in collecting, organizing, visualizing, and assimilating data from multiple sources.

Technical Proficiency: Skilled in transforming raw data into meaningful insights using data-oriented programming languages and visualization software.

Verbal Expression: Ability to communicate data and ideas clearly so others will understand.

Problem-Solving: Ability to apply general principles to specific problems to provide solutions that make sense.

  • Comprehension: Ability to listen to and understand information and ideas presented through spoken terms and sentences.
  • Physical Requirements


    • Ability to perform work duties from a limited space work station, desk, or office area for extended periods of time

    • Ability to communicate and interact with others in the English language to meet the needs of the position

    • Ability to use a PC and various office productivity tools with sufficient speed and accuracy to meet the needs of the position

    • Must maintain a well-groomed appearance in accordance with company appearance requirements as described in established guidelines

    • Must be a U.S. citizen or have authorization to work in the USA as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986

    • Must be at least 18 years of age

    • Must be able to comply with company attendance requirements as described in established guidelines
