As a Remote Customer Service Agent, you'll be responsible for:

  • Conducting calls with representatives to expand the reach of arenaflex
  • Conducting appointments with potential clients, working around your schedule to accommodate their needs
  • Becoming fluent in financial products, including obtaining financial licenses (Life and Series 6) and potentially Series 26, 63, and 65
  • Training and onboarding new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the team
  • Developing new hires into key team members, fostering a culture of growth and mentorship
