- Provide exceptional customer service to our customers via phone, email, and chat
- Answer customer questions and resolve their issues in a timely and professional manner
- Present and answer questions about our services and products to customers
- Use effective soft-selling and interpersonal communication skills to grow the arenaflex brand
- Build relationships with clients, customers, and co-workers
- Balance multiple tasks and changing priorities with high attention to detail
- Provide product support, solutions, and additional product information to customers
- Work collaboratively with our team to achieve our customer experience goals
- *Essential Qualifications**
- High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED)
- Prior experience in a call center environment (strongly preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong typing skills and ability to work with multiple computer applications
- Ability to commit to 3 weeks of full-time paid training
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including one weekend day
- Ability to work on Saturdays and holidays
- High level of confidence, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude
- Ability to build relationships with clients, customers, and co-workers

- Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Knowledge of sales and marketing principles
