As a Part-Time Evening Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to inbound calls in a timely and professional manner
  • Assisting customers by answering questions and inquiries about products and services
  • Troubleshooting issues and resolving customer complaints in a fair and efficient manner
  • Addressing questions related to orders placed by customers and providing clear and concise information
  • Following up with customers to ensure they have received quality customer service
  • Completing after-call information and data entry to the system

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a Customer Service role
  • Current residence in one of the following states: MN, WI, IA, or MI
  • Reliable high-speed internet with the ability to be hard-wired
  • A High School Diploma or equivalent
