We're seeking an experienced Overnight Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers who have experienced lost or stolen accounts. This is a part-time position that requires a strong customer service background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- *Key Responsibilities**
As an Overnight Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues related to lost or stolen accounts
- Filing disputes and shutting down debit cards for customer safety
- Maintaining an empathetic and professional tone throughout all calls
- Utilizing problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues
- Working independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision
- *Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent (GED) required, Associate's degree preferred
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Background check required
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to use a WIRED high-speed internet connection with a minimum of 50 Mbps (no Wi-Fi)
- Android (OS 8.0 or higher) or iPhone (iOS 13 or higher) smartphone
- Ability to problem-solve
- *Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, we prefer candidates with:
- 1 year of customer service experience
- Experience working in a remote call center environment
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Our training program is scheduled to start on March 15th, 2024. You'll receive comprehensive training on our systems, processes, and procedures, as well as ongoing support and coaching to ensure your success.
