As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Answering a high volume of incoming calls and resolving customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; online business part administration specialist certification after completion of a 14-day training program preferred
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse customer groups
  • Proficiency in computer software applications, including writing (minimum 30 wpm) and typing skills
  • Ability to work an adaptable schedule, including weekends and split days off
