As a Live Chat Support Agent, you'll be responsible for:

  • Managing 1-2 customer chat conversations simultaneously, ensuring prompt and accurate responses

  • Navigating the company's back-office system to access order data and resolve customer issues
  • Handling email tickets using the company's ticketing system
