  • *Job Responsibilities:**

As an Experienced Integrated Data Analyst, you will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring the timely and accurate submission of monthly FAA reports
  • Administering all aspects of the IDCAT software, including customer assistance and feedback monitoring for Flight Instructors/Evaluators during observation information access into IDCAT
  • Supporting all Integrated Data Collection and Analysis Tool (IDCAT) software-related administrative responsibilities, including accounts, new command assistance, etc.
  • Downloading Tableau data to the arenaflex server and populating current dashboards
  • Analyzing, creating, and visualizing data in Tableau workbooks/dashboards
  • Categorizing and managing Instructor/Evaluator measured devices and feedback for assessment
  • Supporting IDCAT observation form format and generating/creating data collection office work within the software
  • Performing daily education information analyses as defined in AC 120-54a and identifying gaps in effectiveness in current Flight Ops Training and representing Flight Ops Safety in selection discussions
  • Assisting in, and providing assessment assistance for the quarterly data examination of the Data Integration Agency (DIG) and AQP
  • Executing IDCAT Inter-Rater Reliability data assessment and facilitating IDCAT academic content
  • Performing exceptional task responsibilities as directed by Employee's Leaders
  • *Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:**

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Intermediate analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate information with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Broad knowledge of database management, assessment of big and complex databases, and data visualization skills required (Tableau, Alteryx, etc.)
  • Knowledge of integrating qualitative and quantitative datasets
  • Intermediate knowledge of statistics and math concepts
  • Detail-oriented and strong research skills
  • Knowledge of business airline operations and proficiency in building relationships with all levels of employees
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite; experience in developing presentations and strong writing, speaking, and presentation skills
  • Excellent partnering, communication, and negotiation skills in working with diverse teams and departments
  • Ability to resolve complex problems and perform task responsibilities with minimal supervision
  • Ability to manage multiple situations and adopt new techniques and methodologies if necessary to efficiently meeting company objectives
  • Ability to be energetic, self-motivated, own a strong work ethic, and willingness to excellence
  • *Education and Experience:**
  • Required: High School Diploma or GED
  • Required: Bachelor's Degree
  • Intermediate level experience, truly functioning great records in:
  • + Data assessment and visualization, task management+ Tableau data visualization+ Complex dataset assessment

This role is a hybrid position based out of our Corporate Campus in Dallas, TX, which requires employees to work at a company facility for a minimum of three days a week. The Department designates the ideal three days of the week employees should work on-site.
