What You'll Be Doing

As an Industrial Engineering Transportation Analyst at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in optimizing our transportation operations. • Supporting the arenaflex Transportation Fleet: You will be directly responsible for supporting our extensive transportation fleet operations, ensuring that our trucks and drivers are operating at peak efficiency. This includes monitoring routes, analyzing delivery patterns, and identifying opportunities for improvement.


• Business Needs Assessment: You will consult and communicate regularly with managers across various departments to understand, define, and prioritize business needs. Your ability to gather requirements and translate them into actionable solutions will be crucial to your success.


• Data Integration: You will integrate various data assets across multiple database platforms, creating a unified view of transportation operations. This involves working with different systems, ensuring data accuracy, and developing reports that provide meaningful insights.


• Spreadsheet Development and Maintenance: You will build, create, and maintain multiple Excel spreadsheets and databases. From simple tracking sheets to complex analytical models, your Excel expertise will be put to good use every single day.


• Performance Analysis: You will analyze key performance indicators related to fleet operations, including fuel efficiency, delivery times, route optimization, and cost management. Your insights will help drive operational improvements.

Essential Requirements:

• Background Check: Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check. Given the sensitive nature of our operations and the trust our customers place in us, this is a non-negotiable requirement.

Preferred Qualifications:
